SuperRobotics announces change in substantial shareholder as Go Treasures acquires 29.90% stake for HK$5.35 million

SuperRobotics Holdings Limited disclosed that Tai Dong New Energy Holding Limited has signed a share-purchase agreement to sell its entire 29.90% holding—213.93 million ordinary shares— to Go Treasures Ventures Limited for HK$5.35 million on 20 August 2026.

Go Treasures is wholly owned by Mr. So Man Pan, an executive director and current chairman of SuperRobotics. Following completion, Go Treasures will hold 213.93 million shares, making both Go Treasures and Mr. So substantial shareholders under GEM Listing Rules. Tai Dong and its ultimate beneficial owner, Mr. Su Zhituan, will cease to be substantial shareholders.

The Board stated that it does not expect the transaction to have any material adverse effect on the operations of SuperRobotics or its subsidiaries. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.

As of the announcement date (21 August 2026), the Board comprises two executive directors—Mr. So Man Pan and Mr. Su Zhenhui—one non-executive director, Ms. Li Jiaqi, and three independent non-executive directors, Mr. Tam B Ray, Mr. Chan Koon Fat and Mr. Xu Guojun.
