华电国际电力股份有限公司（01071）10月16日在港交所发布公告，截至2026年9月30日，公司及其附属公司按照中国会计准则财务报告合并口径累计完成发电量1.75亿兆瓦时，同比下降约13.06%；完成上网电量1.64亿兆瓦时，同比下降约13.19%。
公告称，发电量及上网电量下滑主要受夏季公司资产所在部分区域水电出力增加、气温低于去年同期、新能源装机容量提升以及煤电机组装机份额下降等因素综合影响。
期内，集团平均上网电价约为人民币519.01元/兆瓦时，较上年同期增加人民币9.46元/兆瓦时，同比提升约1.86%。
公司同时披露了在运主要发电机组2026年前三季度的发电及上网情况：火电板块中，华电湖北发电有限公司1—9月发电量14.54百万兆瓦时；华电江蘇能源有限公司同期发电量27.97百万兆瓦时，为单体发电量最高。水电方面，四川华电泸定水电有限公司前三季度发电量3.09百万兆瓦时。
华电国际电力表示，未来将继续关注电源结构变化及市场环境，对机组运行进行动态优化。
