Affluent Foundation (01757) Restores Public Float to 25%

Affluent Foundation (01757) announced that it has been notified that, to restore the company's minimum public float, the offeror sold a total of 4.39 million offer shares to independent third parties via a placing agent on January 16, 2026, representing approximately 0.37% of the total issued share capital.

Consequently, the corresponding 300 million shares are now held by the public.

Following the above transaction and as of the date of this announcement, the total number of shares in public hands is 300 million, equivalent to 25% of the total issued share capital.

Therefore, the company has restored the minimum public float of 25% of the total issued share capital as required by Rule 13.32B of the Listing Rules.
