Cinese Intl Releases Online Access Details for 2026 Interim Report

Bulletin Express
Sep 30

Cinese International Group Holdings Limited announced on 30 September 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its Interim Report 2026 are now available on both the company’s website (www.cighl.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company “strongly recommends” shareholders to review the digital documents and future corporate communications online. Shareholders who prefer hard-copy reports—or wish to change their current method of receipt—can submit a completed Request Form to Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Local postage is prepaid; overseas mail requires appropriate postage. Alternatively, investors may email a scanned Request Form to enquiry@cighl.com.

Cinese Intl emphasises that shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address. Without an up-to-date email on record, investors will receive printed notifications and other actionable corporate communications until electronic contact details are supplied.

The notice clarifies that “corporate communications” encompass directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, quarterly reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Queries can be directed to enquiry@cighl.com.

Chairperson and Executive Director Ms Liu Jieying signed the notification on behalf of the board.
