8月24日（路透社）——博士伦公司今日宣布，基于积极的临床试验数据，公司将推进两款首创眼科治疗药物的研发进程。
博士伦表示，其双作用眼药水在第15天时与Lifitegrast相比，显著减少了TCFS（角膜荧光素染色）水平，该药物将进入三期临床试验阶段。然而，值得注意的是，在第29天的评估中，这款双作用眼药水与单独使用Lifitegrast相比，未能达到主要终点指标。
与此同时，博士伦的BL1332在1b期临床试验中达到了主要终点，显示出显著的疼痛缓解效果。公司预计，BL1332眼科疼痛疗法的二期临床试验结果将在未来几个月内公布。
博士伦指出，这两款治疗药物的潜在年销售额合计有望超过20亿美元。公司对这两款创新疗法的市场前景充满信心，认为它们将满足眼科领域未尽的医疗需求。
