【香港讯】有利集团有限公司（00406）7月17日公告称，公司董事会已通过决议，自2026年8月3日起，公司的百慕达注册办事处地址将由现址迁至：Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda。
公告同时确认，公司在香港的股份过户登记分处仍设于香港中央证券登记有限公司，地址为香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼1712-1716号铺；香港境内的股份过户登记申请仍须提交该处办理。
截至公告日，公司董事会成员包括：执行董事黄业强先生（主席）、黄天祥博士工程师、黄慧敏博士及申振威先生；独立非执行董事为陈智思先生、胡经昌先生、杨德斌先生及杨俊文博士。
有利集团表示，此次仅涉及注册办事处地址变更，其他公司及股份登记安排保持不变。
