On 11 September 2026, Hao Wen Holdings Limited released its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese. The document can now be accessed on the company’s website (www.tricor.com.hk/webservice/008019) and on the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends that shareholders view the digital version to facilitate timely access and reduce paper usage. Shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy documents will find the printed Interim Report enclosed with the notification letter.

Investors experiencing difficulty with email notifications or website access, or those preferring hard copies for all future Corporate Communications—including directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, quarterly reports, meeting notices, circulars and other actionable materials—may submit the enclosed Reply Form. Requests should be returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label, or by email to 8019-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon receipt of the request.

Shareholders are responsible for supplying a valid email address. Until a functional address is on file, notices of publication and actionable corporate communications will be dispatched in printed form. To add or update an email address, investors should complete the Reply Form and send it to the registrar by post or email.
