Alltronics-NEW Maintains 473.06 Million Issued Shares and Meets Public Float Requirement in July 2026 Update

Alltronics Holdings Limited (Alltronics-NEW) filed its Monthly Return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming stable capital metrics and full compliance with listing obligations. The filing was submitted on 03 August 2026.

All authorised capital remained unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.02 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million in authorised share capital.

Issued share capital also stayed flat. The company closed both June and July at 473,058,180 issued ordinary shares, with no treasury shares held and no share issuances, cancellations, or buy-backs recorded during the month.

Alltronics certified that at least 25% of its issued shares were held by the public at month-end, satisfying the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement.

The issuer reported no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong depositary receipts, or other agreements that could lead to additional share issuances.

The filing was authorised and signed by Company Secretary Leung Fuk Cheung, who affirmed compliance with all relevant listing rules and regulatory requirements.
