BE Environment Affirms Public Float Compliance with Unchanged Share Count in September 2026

Beijing Enterprises Environment Group Limited (BE Environment) reported no movement in its share capital for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 2 October 2026.

The number of ordinary shares in issue remained at 1.50 billion, with zero treasury shares outstanding. Consequently, total issued shares also stood unchanged at 1.50 billion.

Management confirmed that BE Environment continues to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares, indicating adequate market liquidity for the stock.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, converted, or cancelled during the reporting period. Likewise, the company undertook no share repurchases, redemptions, or treasury-share transactions.

The return was submitted by Company Secretary Wong Kwok Wai, underscoring BE Environment’s adherence to ongoing disclosure and corporate-governance obligations.
