Realord Technology Company Limited issued a clarification on 4 November 2026, acknowledging an omission in its announcements dated 30 October and 3 November 2026 regarding the proposed share placing and top-up subscription. The company confirmed that the required responsibility statement under Rule 9.3 of the Hong Kong Takeovers Code was inadvertently left out.

The board of directors, comprising three executive directors—Dr. Lin Xiaohui, Madam Su Jiaohua and Mr. Lin Xiaodong—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Yu Leung Fai, Mr. Fang Jixin and Mr. Ho Chun Chung Patrick—now collectively accept full responsibility for the accuracy of information in the prior announcements. They affirm that, after making all reasonable enquiries, the opinions expressed were reached through due and careful consideration and that no material facts were omitted that would render the disclosures misleading.

Realord Technology also reiterated that completion of the top-up subscription remains conditional upon satisfaction of the pre-conditions outlined in the Placing and Subscription Agreement, which include the granting of a waiver. The company advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities.
