截至2026年6月30日止六个月，伟业控股实现营收4,999.80万元，较上年同期的1,141.80万元增长约338%。期内毛利率为4%，上年同期为18%。经营活动产生的现金流量净额约为1,598.60万元，而上年同期为-1,850.80万元，期间资金使用效率得到一定改善。
在成本结构方面，销售及分销费用约为250万元，相较上年同期约70万元有所上升，主要系新项目营销活动增加所致。管理层表示，通过内部成本管控举措，行政费用较上年同期下降约40%，至592.30万元。
业务分项
期内物业开发业务实现销售额4,999.80万元，较上年同期的1,141.80万元大幅增长，主要来源于伟业上城三号院及樾泉湾一期的销售交付。不过，受住宅单价下滑影响，物业开发整体毛利率从上年同期的18%下降至期内的4%。同时，销售费用的增加主要系为新项目所投入的促销与市场推广成本上升。
