On 29 September 2026, Man Yue Technology Holdings Ltd. confirmed that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.manyue.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKExnews platform. Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed materials will receive hard copies by post.

The group emphasized a continued “digital-first” approach, encouraging investors to access the website version of all current and future corporate documents. Shareholders preferring physical copies—or experiencing difficulties with electronic access—can request printed versions by completing and returning the enclosed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, using the prepaid mailing label or via email to 894-ecom@vistra.com.

Investors are responsible for providing a valid email address to ensure timely receipt of electronic publication notices and actionable corporate communications. Those who have not supplied—or who need to update—their email details are urged to do so through the same Change Request Form. Until a functional email is on file, the company will dispatch publication notices and any actionable documents in hard-copy format.

Enquiries may be directed to Tricor’s shareholder hotline at (852) 2980 1333, available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notice was issued under the authority of Chairman Kee Chor Lin on behalf of the Board of Man Yue Tech.
