CCT Fortis Delays Circular on Major Property Disposal, Applies for Listing Rule 14.41(a) Waiver

CCT Fortis Holdings Limited announced a postponement in issuing the shareholder circular for its previously disclosed major transaction involving the disposal of a property.

The circular—originally scheduled for distribution on or before 15 June 2026—will contain detailed information on the disposal and other disclosures required under the Hong Kong Listing Rules. The company stated that additional time is needed to finalise certain information for inclusion in the document.

Consequently, CCT Fortis has submitted an application to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited seeking a waiver from strict compliance with Rule 14.41(a), which stipulates the deadline for despatching circulars related to major transactions. The company will issue further announcements outlining the waiver outcome and the revised despatch timetable.

The board is chaired by Mr Mak Shiu Tong, Clement, with Ms Cheng Yuk Ching, Flora serving as an executive director, and Mr Chen Li, Mr Chow Siu Ngor and Mr Lau Ho Kit, Ivan acting as independent non-executive directors.

The announcement was released on 15 June 2026.
