On 16 July 2026, Yau Lee Holdings Limited announced the publication of its FY2025/26 Annual Report, the accompanying shareholder circular and the notice of its forthcoming Annual General Meeting. English and Chinese versions of all documents are now accessible on both the HKEXnews website and the company’s own site (www.yaulee.com).

In tandem with the report release, Yau Lee confirmed its adoption of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paperless listing regime under Listing Rule 2.07, effective since 31 December 2023. Going forward, all corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be disseminated electronically.

Key operational details for non-registered shareholders: 1. Future notifications will be delivered via email once shareholders supply functional email addresses to their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees). 2. Until an email address is on file, shareholders must independently monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for new publications; printed copies will only be dispatched for actionable corporate communications. 3. Shareholders preferring hard copies may submit a written or email request to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at Hopewell Centre, Wanchai.

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline on +852 2862 8688 during business hours. Chairman Wong Ip Kuen signed the notification on behalf of the board.
