猫屎咖啡控股有限公司(01869)8月11日发布补充公告，对8月4日有关委任司徒瑄沁女士为执行董事、董事会主席、提名委员会主席、薪酬委员会成员及上市规则第3.05条规定之授权代表的公告作出补充说明。
公告显示，司徒瑄沁女士曾用名为司徒可雯，并已于2025年11月更改姓名。此外，她目前担任CMON Limited(1792)的独立非执行董事。
除上述补充资料外，8月4日公告中的其他内容维持不变。目前，公司董事会成员包括：执行董事司徒瑄沁(主席)、崔子鋒(行政总裁)、马小平及欧术；非执行董事冯伟婵；独立非执行董事杨超、黄山及赵元媛。
