Aowei Holding Sees No Share Capital Changes in May 2026, Public Float Exceeds 25% Threshold

Aowei Holding Limited filed its Monthly Return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming a stable share capital structure and full compliance with listing requirements.

Authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.0001, equating to HKD 1.00 million. No adjustments were recorded during the month.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.64 billion ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares. Consequently, there were no share issuances, repurchases, cancellations or allotments in May.

The company affirmed that its public float comfortably met the Main Board’s minimum 25 % requirement as of 31 May 2026.

There were no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts or other equity-linked instruments reported.

The return was submitted on 2 June 2026 by Director Li Ziwei. Aowei Holding is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and continued in the Cayman Islands with limited liability.
