BIODLINK-B Proposes Appointment of Deloitte as New Auditor

BIODLINK-B (HKEX: 01875) has announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) will retire as the company's auditor upon the conclusion of its current term following the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Based on the recommendation of the Board's Audit and Connected Transactions Review Committee, the Board has resolved to propose the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) as the company's new auditor following PwC's retirement.

This proposed appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. If approved, Deloitte's term will last until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
