上海汇舸环保科技集团股份有限公司（股票代码：02613，以下简称“汇舸环保”）7月7日公告，截至公告日，公司公眾持股量约为22.73%，仍未达到香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》第19A.28B(1)(a)规定的最低25%要求。
公告回顾显示，2026年6月9日，30,000,000股内资股完成转换为H股，并于2026年6月10日上午9时在联交所上市交易。尽管转换已实施，公眾持股比例仍低于监管红线。
公司表示，正按照此前公告披露的时间表，与主要股东（属公司核心关连人士）商讨向独立第三方出售部分持股，以期在2027年8月底或之前恢复至合规水平。在成功恢复公眾持股量前，汇舸环保将按规则每月发布最新进展。
