Wai Chun Bio-Technology Limited has postponed its planned board meeting to 13 November 2026 after its independent auditor requested more time to complete key audit procedures for the financial year ended 30 June 2026.

According to the company’s 4 November filing, the outstanding audit work focuses on: 1. Review of valuation and other significant accounting estimates. 2. Completion of bank and third-party confirmation procedures.

As a result, publication of the audited FY2026 annual results will be further delayed. Trading in Wai Chun Bio-Technology shares has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 2 October 2026 and will remain halted until the results are released.

The board advises shareholders and prospective investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.

Wai Chun Bio-Technology’s board currently comprises one executive director—Chairman and CEO Lam Ka Chun—and three independent non-executive directors: Wong Po Keung, Wang Ziniu and Xu Huiling.
