上海医药集团股份有限公司（02607）7月10日发布《2025年年度权益分派实施公告》，明确2025年度A股现金分红安排。
本次利润分配以方案实施前公司总股本3,708,361,809股为基数，其中A股股本为2,789,289,105股。公司将向A股股东每股派发现金红利0.35元（含税），合计派发现金红利1,297,926,633.15元，其中A股股东合计获得976,251,186.75元。公司未实施差异化分红送转。
分配方案已于2026年6月25日召开的2025年年度股东大会审议通过。具体时间安排如下：A股股权登记日为2026年7月16日，除权（息）日和现金红利发放日均为2026年7月17日。本次现金红利由中国证券登记结算有限责任公司上海分公司及公司自行发放，相关税收扣缴将依据财税〔2015〕101号、财税〔2012〕85号等现行规定执行。
公告同时提示，H股股东的现金分红事宜已于2026年6月25日在香港联合交易所有限公司网站披露，具体信息以该公告为准。
