昆仑能源有限公司（00135.HK）7月29日晚间在港交所发布公告称，公司董事会已决议，自2026年8月3日起变更注册办事处，以及位于百慕达的主要股份过户登记处及过户代理人地址。 \n\n根据公告，新注册办事处及百慕达主要股份过户登记处、过户代理人地址统一调整至：Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda。\n\n公告同时指出，公司的香港股份过户登记处仍为卓佳证券登记有限公司，地址为香港夏悫道16号远东金融中心17楼，维持不变。\n\n公司强调，上述变更将自2026年8月3日起正式生效。
