AV CONCEPT HOLD（00595）于2026年10月28日公告称，公司当日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股2,000,000股，占回购前已发行股本约0.236%，每股价格介乎1.135港元至1.20港元，合计耗资约238.71万港元。本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）从847,501,302股降至845,501,302股，库存股份则由27,500,000股增至29,500,000股，已发行股份总数仍维持875,001,302股不变。
根据公告，本次回购系基于2026年9月4日获通过的购回授权，该授权允许回购最多85,750,130股，公司已于交易所及其他证券交易所累计回购股份12,000,000股。公告同时指出，本次回购遵守香港联合交易所有限公司之上市规则及相关法例。该公告由公司秘书陈志恒签署。
