五谷磨房(01837)宣布，在2026年5月22日举行的股东周年大会上，股东以投票方式通过了派发截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股息的决议。
\n\n 本次末期股息为每股普通股0.069港元。股权登记日定为2026年6月5日（星期五），届时名列公司股东名册的股东有权收取股息。公司将于2026年6月2日（星期二）至2026年6月5日（星期五）暂停办理股份过户登记手续，期间不会进行股份过户登记。为符合收取股息资格，所有过户文件连同相关股票须于2026年6月1日（星期一）下午四时三十分前递交至公司的香港股份过户登记分处。
\n\n 上述末期股息预计将于2026年6月12日（星期五）正式派发。
