SKY BLUE 11 has announced that Mr. Wang Xianghong has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective from May 27, 2026. Mr. Wang has resigned to dedicate more time to his personal business affairs. Following his resignation, he will also cease to be a member of the company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee, effective from the same date.
