盈大地产（00432）7月31日发布公告称，公司董事会决定，自2026年8月3日起，集团在百慕达的注册办事处地址将由现址迁至下列新址：Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda。
公司同时确认，其在香港的股份过户登记分处及红利可换股票据过户登记处维持不变，仍为香港中央证券登记有限公司，地址为香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼1712-1716室。所有在香港办理股份及红利可换股票据过户登记的相关申请，仍需递交至上述地址。
公告列明，截至2026年7月31日，公司董事会成员包括： 1. 执行董事：李泽楷、林裕儿（副主席及集团董事总经理） 2. 非执行董事：盛智文博士，GBM，GBS，JP 3. 独立非执行董事：王于渐教授，SBS，JP（独立非执行主席）、张昀、冯文石博士
公司表示，此次变更仅涉及百慕达注册办事处地址，其他联系方式及业务运营安排不受影响。
