超人智能控股有限公司（股票代码：08176）8月21日公告称，主要股东太东新能源控股有限公司已于2026年8月20日与高宝创投有限公司签署股份购买协议，向后者转让213,925,197股普通股，约占公司已发行股本的29.90%，交易总代价为5,348,130港元（约合534.81万港元）。
董事会经合理查询后确认，高宝创投由公司执行董事兼主席苏文斌先生全资及实益拥有。苏文斌先生为太东最终实益拥有人苏志团先生的表亲。交易完成后，太东将不再持有公司股份；高宝创投将持有上述213,925,197股股份，约占29.90%。根据《证券及期货条例》，苏文斌先生将被视为拥有该等股份的权益，从而与高宝创投一起成为公司主要股东，而太东及苏志团先生将不再为主要股东。
公司董事会表示，预计本次股权转让不会对公司及其附属公司的营运造成任何重大不利影响。
