YNBY INTL Buys Back 20.06 Million Shares in September, Confirms Public-Float Compliance

YNBY International Limited (YNBY INTL) has reported a reduction of 20.06 million ordinary shares during September 2026 through on-market repurchases, according to its Monthly Return filed on 2 October 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

The authorised share capital was unchanged at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01, equivalent to HK$200.00 million.

Repurchase activity: • Three buy-back transactions—6.71 million shares at HK$0.246, 10.00 million shares at HK$0.247 and 3.35 million shares at HK$0.24997—shifted a total of 20.06 million shares into treasury. • The estimated aggregate consideration for the September repurchases is approximately HK$4.96 million.

Capital structure after the transactions: • Issued shares excluding treasury: 9.41 billion (down from 9.43 billion). • Treasury shares: 130.00 million, now representing about 1.36% of total issued shares. • Total issued share count (including treasury) remains 9.54 billion.

No share options, warrants, convertibles or other share-issuance arrangements were reported for the month.

The company affirmed that it met the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement as at 30 September 2026. All actions were authorised by the board and executed in compliance with Hong Kong listing and regulatory rules, according to Director Liu Huaiyu’s filing confirmation.
