EPI (HOLDINGS) (00689) announced that on May 28, 2026, the lender, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company in New Zealand, entered into a loan agreement with the borrower and mortgagor, Mr. Dou Fanchen. Pursuant to the agreement, the lender has agreed to provide the borrower with a credit facility of NZD 3.05 million (approximately HKD 14.03 million). The loan carries a repayment term of eight (8) months and an annual interest rate of 6%.
