中建富通集团有限公司（股票代码：00138）8月17日发布盈利预警称，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审核亏损净额将介乎约1.2亿至1.4亿港元；相比之下，2025年同期录得的亏损净额约为2.1亿港元。
公司指出，亏损收窄主要由以下两项因素驱动：
1. 分类为持作出售的出售组别资产的物业减值亏损由2025年上半年的约9,900万元减少约7,300万元，至本期约2,600万元。
2. 由于2025年7月已出售一家从事园境设计服务、花卉植物零售及餐饮业务的附属公司，本期间行政费用减少约2,200万元。
中建富通表示，目前相关业绩仍在编制中，未经独立核数师或审核委员会审阅；公司计划在2026年8月底前公布未经审核的中期业绩。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
