North Asia Strategic Holdings Limited (NAS Holdings) announced that its 2025/26 Annual Report, the circular containing the notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and proxy form, together with the 2025/26 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, are now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website and the company’s homepage (www.nasholdings.com).

The printed versions of the newly released documents will be dispatched only to shareholders who have previously elected to receive hard copies. Other registered shareholders may request printed copies free of charge by contacting the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

In line with Rule 16.04A of the GEM Listing Rules and the expanded paperless regime, NAS Holdings has formally adopted electronic dissemination as the default method for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms. Shareholders are encouraged to register functional email addresses—either by scanning a personalised QR code on the reply form or by returning the form to Computershare—to ensure timely electronic notification of future publications.

Shareholders who do not provide a valid email address will not receive email alerts and will need to proactively monitor the company and HKEX websites for updates. Actionable corporate communications will continue to be sent in printed form when necessary. Requests for hard-copy communications will remain valid for one year from the date of instruction.
