昆仑能源有限公司（00135）于2026年9月28日发布公告称，公司已于2026年6月16日、22日至24日、29日及30日，以及2026年7月2日、6日至8日、13日、14日、20日与21日实施股份回购，并于2026年9月28日完成注销该等股份。
本次回购股份数量合计约1786.80万股，占回购前公司已发行股本的约0.2069%，回购价格为每股6.6536港元，总涉资约1.19亿港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本由原先的8637,715,708股减少至8619,847,708股，库存股份暂无变动。
公司表示，已严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法例的规定。公告由公司秘书谢茂签署。
