受业绩延迟影响，公司预计可能无法在《上市规则》第13.46(2)条规定的最后期限——2026年10月31日或之前向股东寄发2026年度报告，如延迟属实将构成对相关规则的违规，企业将适时披露最新进展。
根据《上市规则》第13.50条，若公司未能在2026年9月30日前刊发2026年度业绩，其股份买卖预期将于2026年10月2日上午九时正起在香港联交所暂停。公司已确认目前维持正常运作，业务未受影响。
董事会表示，将在适当时候就2026年度业绩及年度报告的最新进展另行发布公告，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时应审慎行事。
