On November 7, the Administrative Committee of the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area issued a notice on several measures to accelerate the building of a highland for open-source and open xinchuang (innovation) industries.
The measures encourage upstream and downstream hardware and software enterprises to form ecosystem alliances and carry out joint adaptation research, creating benchmark application scenarios.
They aim to fully leverage the pulling role of applications and support enterprises in working with user units on integrated innovation, "stringing beads into a chain" to form integrated solutions and expand products and services into complex, mission-critical business scenarios.
The measures support new technologies and products such as supernode servers, AI terminals, super agents, quantum computing cloud platforms, and next-generation mobile communications, carrying out first-trial first-use and pilot-scale verification services.
Based on factors including technological innovation, scenario demonstrativeness, application scalability, and ecosystem coordination, support of up to 30 million yuan will be provided.
