SUGA INT'L Posts Stable Share Count in August 2026 as 1.80 Million Options Expire

Suga International Holdings Limited (SUGA INT'L) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that the company’s equity structure remained unchanged during the month.

The authorised share capital stood at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million. Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) were steady at 284.79 million, and no treasury shares were held or cancelled. Consequently, total issued share capital closed the month unchanged.

Under the Share Option Scheme approved on 10 August 2022, 1.80 million options lapsed in August. Outstanding options therefore declined to 16.80 million, all carrying an exercise price of HKD 1.072. No options were exercised, no new shares were issued, and no funds were raised.

The company confirmed compliance with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), indicating that its public float remained above the 25% minimum threshold.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements were outstanding or executed during the month.
