大众金融控股有限公司(00626)9月14日公告，公司已委任新百利融资有限公司为其拟议私有化交易的独立财务顾问。新百利融资持有香港《证券及期货条例》下第1类(证券交易)及第6类(就机构融资提供意见)牌照。
公告回顾，大众金融控股与要约人大众银行已于2026年9月8日联合公告，拟按百慕达《1981年公司法》第99条，以协议安排方式将大众金融控股私有化。
公司董事会表示，独立财务顾问意见函件将载入稍后寄发予股东的计划文件。
