中国科教产业集团有限公司（01756）7月22日发布公告称，董事会已决议终止于2021年7月21日采纳的受限制股份奖励计划，终止日期为2026年7月22日。 公告显示，自计划采纳至终止日期： (i) 未向任何获选参与者授出任何奖励； (ii) 受托人Kastle Limited未就该计划购买或以其他方式取得任何股份； (iii) 受托人亦未根据信托契据持有任何股份。 公司表示，由于未曾授出奖励且受托人未持有股份，终止该计划不会对集团的运营或财务状况造成重大不利影响，也不会影响股东的任何现有权利或利益。 公司同时指出，该计划不构成香港上市规则第17章所述的购股权计划或类似安排，采纳或终止无需股东批准。
