China Huarong Energy Company Limited (HUARONG ENERGY) disclosed that it received additional resumption guidance from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 21 May 2026. The latest directive requires the company to re-comply with Listing Rule 3.10(2), which mandates the appointment of an independent non-executive director possessing appropriate professional qualifications or accounting experience.
