The board, led by Executive Director and Managing Director Ip Kwok Kwong, strongly recommends shareholders access the electronic versions to facilitate timely and environmentally friendly communication. Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive hard-copy materials will find printed copies enclosed with the notice.

Shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or online access—or those who prefer physical documents—can request printed copies of the Current and all future Corporate Communications by completing and returning the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided; alternatively, requests can be emailed to 8193-ecom@vistra.com.

The company reminds shareholders that maintaining an up-to-date, functional email address with Tricor Investor Services is essential for receiving electronic notifications and actionable corporate documents. Until a valid email address is on file, shareholders will receive printed notices and documents by post.
