金山科技工业(00040.HK)于最新公告中透露，董事会建议在即将召开的2026年股东周年大会上寻求授权，回购公司已发行股份总数最多10%的股票。根据公告，截至最后可行日期，公司已发行股份数量约为9.02亿股，意味着最多可回购约9024.88万股。
公告指出，本次股份购回若获得批准，将通过香港联合交易所有限公司或相关监管规定允许的其他方式进行，所需资金可通过可分派盈余等合法来源支付。公司表示，适时进行回购有利于优化资本结构与提升股东价值，前提是符合整体利益与财务稳健原则。公司目前并未持有任何库存股份。
过去十二个月，公司股价最高曾于2025年12月达到每股0.79港元，最低则在2025年7月触及0.60港元。董事会认为，此次回购计划一旦实施，将对整体业务发展和股东回报产生积极影响。该回购授权将在股东周年大会上进行审议表决，该会议拟于2026年9月2日上午9时15分（香港时间）在香港举行，股东名册将于8月27日至9月2日期间暂停办理过户登记。若提案通过，公司可在有关法律及上市规则范围内开展后续回购事宜。
