五谷磨房（01837）披露2026年中期财报。报告期内，营收达人民币14.50亿元（1,449.7百万元），同比增长27.8%。经调整净利润为1.56亿元（155.9百万元），较上年同期的1.07亿元（106.8百万元）增长46.0%，净利率从去年同期的约9.4%上升至10.8%。毛利从7.43亿元（743.1百万元）增长至9.22亿元（921.6百万元），毛利率则由65.5%微降至63.6%。经营活动所得现金流量净额1.91亿元（190.8百万元），较上年同期的1.50亿元（150.3百万元）增长约27%。

从成本结构来看，销售及分销开支从上年同期的5.85亿元（584.7百万元）上升至7.00亿元（700.3百万元），行政开支从0.44亿元（43.8百万元）微增至0.44亿元（44.1百万元）。研发投入由0.26亿元（2,570千元）升至0.28亿元（2,821千元）。

业务分项

线下渠道收入为8.75亿元（874.98百万元），较上年同期的6.81亿元（680.93百万元）增长28.5%，其中商超专柜业务收入5.30亿元（530.18百万元），同比增长12.3%；线下货架业务收入3.45亿元（344.80百万元），同比增长65.2%。线上渠道收入为5.75亿元（574.68百万元），较上年同期的4.54亿元（453.78百万元）增长26.6%。
