Tong Ren Tang Technologies (01666) has announced that on 28 August 2026, the company entered into an e-commerce services cooperation framework agreement with Tong Ren Tang Digital Technology. Under the agreement, the digital technology group will provide e-commerce services to members of the company's group. The term of the framework agreement runs from 28 August 2026 to 31 December 2028.

The board believes that the digital technology group possesses a professional e-commerce operations team and extensive operational experience. Entrusting the digital technology group to deliver e-commerce services will more effectively promote and market the "Tong Ren Tang" brand image and the group's products. This arrangement is expected to facilitate resource coordination, optimise the group's channel management, consolidate e-commerce service demands from members of the Tong Ren Tang group, expand the group's e-commerce channels, and enhance its online sales system. It is also anticipated to strengthen brand influence, boost online product sales, meet the group's future business needs, and support the long-term growth of the group's operations.
