香港——2026年7月20日，有利集团有限公司（股票代码：00406）发布补充公告，披露将于公司股东周年大会上提呈续聘罗兵咸永道会计师事务所（以下简称“罗兵咸永道”）为核数师的普通决议案。罗兵咸永道将在股东周年大会结束后续任，任期至公司下届股东周年大会议毕，并由董事局获授权厘定其截至2027年3月31日止财政年度的酬金。
公司预计，为审计截至2027年3月31日止财政年度的综合财务报表，将向罗兵咸永道支付约460万至520万港元的审计费用（2026财政年度审计费为490万港元），上述金额不包括垫付开支。该费用在综合考虑过往审计费用、市场费率、工作范围及审计时间表等因素后，与罗兵咸永道公平磋商确定。
公告称，在集团营运、会计政策及监管环境无重大变化的前提下，最终审计费用预计不会与上述估算范围存在重大差异。如出现重大变动，公司将另行披露。
除审计师续聘相关信息外，其他内容维持股东周年大会议案通函原有披露不变。
