The group visited Shanghai United Imaging Healthcare Co., Ltd., JD Group's JD Logistics, Shanghai Aoshi Control Technology Co., Ltd., and the Malu Grape Research Institute to survey enterprise development and trade union organization construction, while also conducting a "Summer Cooling"慰问 activity. Shen Weizhong, Party Group Member and Vice Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Xiao Wengao, Secretary of the Jiading District Party Committee, and Xu Lai, Party Group Secretary of the District People's Congress Standing Committee, participated in the relevant research activities.

Zheng Gangmiao's team toured the enterprise's product exhibition hall and production workshops, engaging in cordial conversations with model workers and craftsmen. The Shanghai headquarters of JD Logistics is located in Jiading District, and the trade union for JD Mall's East China regional headquarters was established in 2012. The enterprise union, tailored to the e-commerce logistics industry's characteristics, organizes annual labor and skills competitions, and conducts ongoing vocational skills training to support the growth of frontline industrial workers. Zheng Gangmiao visited the "Asia No. 1" smart industrial park of JD Logistics Shanghai, gaining detailed insights into enterprise development and the construction of employee service platforms. He urged enterprises and unions at all levels to innovate service carriers based on industry specifics, polish the union's cultural service brand, and implement meticulous employee care initiatives to foster high-quality enterprise development.
Subsequently, Zheng Gangmiao's delegation arrived at Shanghai Aoshi Control Technology Co., Ltd., where they listened to briefings on technological R&D and market expansion, and had a friendly dialogue with model workers. Zheng presented cooling supplies to the enterprise's employees, advising them to prioritize their health while performing their duties. He expressed hope that the enterprise would consistently view the development of the industrial workforce as a core driver of corporate growth. At the Malu Grape Research Institute, Zheng Gangmiao inspected grape cultivation and breeding conditions on-site, and paid respects to representatives of outdoor workers who remained steadfast on the front lines.
