本季度信息
截至2026年3月31日止六个月，博富临置业实现营收约8,423.10万港元，同比下降1.98%（上年同期约8,592.70万港元）。经调整净利润约2,800万港元，同比上升5.66%（上年同期约2,650万港元），主要得益于物业与金融资产公允价值变动等因素剔除后，公司核心营运业务保持较高韧性。
成本方面，物业及相关成本从上年同期的5,687.30万港元降至4,958.50万港元，同比减少约12.80%。不过，期内经营活动现金流由上年同期约3,834.00万港元转为-0.90万港元。
业务分项
1) 物业投资及管理业务收入约6,124.00万港元（上年同期5,975.70万港元），同比增长2.48%。其中，住宅投资组合租金收入增长约8.0%，商业投资组合租金收入则下滑13.5%，工业物业则提供稳定现金流。
2) 货物买卖业务收入约1,822.50万港元（上年同期2,328.10万港元），同比下滑21.67%。报告期内，大象行贡献了公司约21.6%的总收入。
3) 证券投资业务收入约555.40万港元（上年同期387.30万港元），同比增长43.44%。
