Crocodile Garments Limited (Stock Code: 122) announced that Mr. Lee Po On, JP, has been appointed by Ms. Lam Wai Shan, Vanessa (the Chairman, an Executive Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the company) as her alternate director, effective 22 October 2025.

Mr. Lee, aged 69, previously held senior roles at Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB), where he was Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. He was also the Vice Chairman of TVB before resigning from his positions in May 2021. Prior to his tenure at TVB, Mr. Lee was an executive director of the Lai Sun Group for nearly two decades and served briefly as executive director and CEO of Asia Television Limited. Earlier in his career, he worked with KPMG in Hong Kong, Los Angeles, and Shanghai.

Mr. Lee is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a Justice of the Peace appointed by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. As of the announcement date, Mr. Lee holds 15,625 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.02% of Crocodile Garments Limited’s total issued shares.

The newly appointed alternate director has no fixed term of service and will not receive remuneration for his role. His appointment will terminate in accordance with the company’s articles of association when the appointor ceases to be a Director or in circumstances that would cause him to vacate office if he were a Director. The company confirms that Mr. Lee has no other relationships or directorships that require additional disclosure and has not been involved in any matters falling under the paragraphs (h) to (v) of Rule 13.51(2) of the Listing Rules.

Following the appointment, the Board of Crocodile Garments Limited comprises two Executive Directors (with Mr. Lee Po On serving as Alternate Director to Ms. Lam), three Non-executive Directors, and three Independent Non-executive Directors.
