Following a special resolution passed at an extraordinary general meeting held on December 1, 2025, concerning the proposed change of the company's name, the Registrar of Companies of the Cayman Islands issued a certificate of incorporation on change of name on December 3, 2025. This certificate confirms the company's English name has been changed from "Wealth Glory Holdings Limited" to "Go Up Education Technology Limited," and the Chinese name "倍升教育科技有限公司" (Go Up Education Technology Limited) has been adopted as the company's dual foreign name, replacing the existing Chinese name "富誉控股有限公司" (Wealth Glory Holdings Limited).

The Hong Kong Companies Registrar issued a Certificate of Change of Name of Non-Hong Kong Company on December 17, 2025, confirming that the company's new English name "Go Up Education Technology Limited" and new Chinese name "倍升教育科技有限公司" (Go Up Education Technology Limited) have been registered in Hong Kong pursuant to Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622).

The company's stock short name for trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from the English "WEALTH GLORY" to "GO UP EDU TECH," and the Chinese short name will be changed from "富誉控股" to "倍升教育科技," effective from 9:00 a.m. on January 7, 2026.

The company's stock code on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as "8269."
