众安集团披露2026年中期财务数据，报告期内实现营收16.11亿元，同比下降75.4%。经调整净亏损2.33亿元，上年同期为净利润0.91亿元。
本周期信息显示，集团毛利为1.27亿元，同比下降81.5%；毛利率为7.9%，较去年同期减少2.6个百分点。经营方面，销售及分销费用同比下降36.2%，管理开支同比下降18.7%。在此期间，经营活动现金流出现1.05亿元净流出，相比去年同期2.52亿元的流出规模有所收窄。
在具体业务上，房地产业务实现销售收入12.32亿元，同比下降80.0%。物业租赁收入0.65亿元，同比增长0.4%。酒店业务收入0.79亿元，同比下降20.1%。集团的物业管理及其他服务收入2.35亿元，同比微降0.2%。整体而言，各业务板块收入下滑主要受到交付节奏及市场调整影响，但集团指出通过持续降本增效，销售与管理费用均呈下降趋势，经营效率有所提升。
高管解读方面，董事会于报告中表示，集团将继续坚持长三角深耕战略布局，通过优化资源配置、加强现金流管理、提升服务与产品品质等措施，为后续经营的稳健发展打下更加扎实的基础。
