Shenzhen Investment Limited has released details on how newly registered shareholders can choose to receive forthcoming corporate communications. In accordance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the company’s Articles of Association, investors may:

1) Access all future documents exclusively via the company’s website and receive a printed or email notification of publication; 2) Obtain printed communications in English only; 3) Obtain printed communications in Chinese only; or 4) Receive printed copies in both languages.

Shareholders are encouraged to opt for the web-based version to support environmental initiatives and streamline information flow. To formalize their choice, investors must complete and return the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited—Shenzhen Investment’s share registrar—by 22 October 2026. Those who do not respond by this date will be deemed to have consented to the web-only option and will subsequently receive notification letters when new documents are posted online.

Shareholders retain the right to modify their selection at any time with a minimum of seven days’ written or email notice to the registrar. All corporate communications will remain accessible on the company’s website and the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited website for five years from initial publication.
