稀镁科技集团控股有限公司（00601）8月19日公告，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，预计2026年上半年录得净亏损约4,500万至6,500万港元，与2025年上半年约6,530万港元的净亏损大致相若。同期收益预计约为3,050万港元，同比减少约67.5%。\n\n公司表示，收入下滑主要受镁产品销售量减少及行业需求疲弱、价格承压所致。2026年上半年仍将录得毛损，但因销售规模下降，毛损金额预计环比收窄，整体净亏损与上年同期基本持平。\n\n业务方面，受环保升级改造要求影响，附属公司新疆腾翔镁制品有限公司需对兰炭工厂生产装置进行超低排放改造，并计划在改造期间暂时停产；公司称此举有望显著降低固定费用。另一主要附属公司白山市天安金属镁矿业有限公司已引入新投资方，新建的镁矿石粉生产线已正式投产，预计将为集团镁业务带来正面贡献。\n\n稀镁科技董事会称，集团将继续采取措施提升财务韧性和经营效率，并按计划于2026年8月底前公布中期业绩。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者交易公司证券时保持审慎。
