SuperRobotics clarifies Mr. Chan Koon Fat’s role as INED and committee chairmanships

SuperRobotics Holdings Limited released a clarification on 8 July 2026, correcting information in its 30 June 2026 announcement concerning board changes.

The company specified that Mr. Chan Koon Fat has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director (INED) with effect from 30 June 2026, rather than an Executive Director as previously stated. Concurrently, Mr. Chan now serves as chairman of the nomination committee, audit committee and remuneration committee.

After the adjustment, the board comprises six members: two executive directors (Mr. So Man Pan and Mr. Su Zhenhui), one non-executive director (Ms. Li Jiaqi) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Tam B Ray, Billy; Mr. Chan Koon Fat; and Mr. Xu Guojun).

The board confirmed that all other details in the 30 June 2026 announcement remain unchanged. The clarification was published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s “Latest Listed Company Information” page and the company’s website, where it will be available for at least seven days.
